Final call to enter the Champagne Masters 2019
We’re now taking final entries for the Champagne Masters 2019 ahead of the upcoming deadline this month.
Producers and wine brands wishing to take part have until Friday 27 September to send in their samples for a chance to win a Master.
Now in its eighth year, The Champagne Masters is the only Champagne blind tasting in the UK.
An expert panel of judges including Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, senior buyers and Champagne experts will judge the wines, chaired by db editor-in-chief Patrick Schmitt MW.
The wines will be tasted blind and the panel will award the best wines with medals from Bronze through to Gold. The ‘Master’ medal is reserved for the truly exceptional and standout wines of the day.
We reward the best wines in the following categories: Vintage, Non-Vintage, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Prestige Cuvée, Blanc de Noirs, Alternative Grape Varieties and Design and Packaging.
The results of the tasting and accompanying analysis will be published in the drinks business magazine, online, on social media, and in our Hong Kong edition.
The cost is £140 per entry, and we require three samples of each wine entered.
To enter, please contact Sophie Raichura on Sophie.email@example.com or +852 3488 1008 / +852 9736 3631 The online entry form is also available here.
